A QR code may look like a random collection of black and white squares. But it isn't random at all.

QR stands for Quick Response. It is a type of two-dimensional barcode designed to store information in a pattern that computers and smartphones can quickly recognize and decode.

The information might represent a website address, text, contact information, or other digital data.
